Projects related to data masking/anonymization require a lot of expert knowledge and experience. Our in-house or the implementation teams of our partners provide training and a set of services specifically developed to help clients jump-start the implementation project. The goal is to help you get test data when needed, and implemented within time and budget. The services are delivered in a way that enable your staff to advance the knowledge about BizDataX tool, data masking/anonymization techniques and test data management process in general.
Consists of expert services of formal assessment of the usability and compatibility of BizDataX with the rest of the environment on client’s site. Methods applied include installation of trials, implementation of sample anonymizations and basic performance tuning. Our experts apply evaluations requested by clients, advices on what to evaluate and type of evaluation.
The service includes activities related to investigation, evaluation, interpretation and classification of data, in order to define and clarify anonymization algorithms to apply. The specification of technical and non-technical requirements is prepared to a level that enables effective implementation of anonymization rules and effective usage of the BizDataX.
Installation & Configuration service consists of activities related to installation and initial testing of installed BizDataX components. BizDataX components are configured to interact with various systems, e.g. databases, to meet defined architectural needs. We provide specialist guidance client’s staff to ensure best use is made of available assets, and to maintain or improve the installation service.
Includes design, creation, testing and documenting of new and amended anonymization rules and packages from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards. Our experts take technical responsibility for all stages in development of anonymization packages, assign work to other staff and monitor performance, providing advice, guidance and assistance to less experienced colleagues.
The support typically takes the form of investigating and resolving issues and providing information about the systems. Examples include BizDataX’s functionality, correct operation or constraints, correcting faults, making general or incident-specific modifications, updating system or documentation, manipulating data, or defining enhancements.
